Job Responsibilities
- Education Administration/ Management, Education Counseling, Education Marketing, etc
- Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies
- Do the registrations for the students applying for different programs
- Conduct admission tests and interviews of prospective students
- Update student database
- Make outbound calls and emails to inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication with all applicants to advise regarding admission via telephone, email, or in person as required
- Match international institutions’ academic program options with the prospective student
- Guide the students towards deciding the right direction to follow their ambitions of getting into top-ranked universities both at home and abroad
- Arrange seminars, workshops, and education fairs in collaboration with foreign universities
- Guide the students for their university selection and prepare them to apply to the university
- Prepare reports and maintain records for all jobs done
- Must ensure that all required paperwork is timely and properly done
- Coordinate with other campuses
- Maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues, line managers, and administrators
- Work as a team player
- Take ownership, manage and organize jobs, and multitask
- Other admin-related tasks assigned by the school management
- Any other duties commensurate with the duties/responsibilities/grade of the post

Educational Requirements
- BBA (Business/Marketing) or Bachelor/Masters degree from any reputed University(s)
- O’ level and A’ level are highly preferred, or having an IELTS score: of 7+
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)

Admission Marketing, Education Counseling
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 40 years

- Fluent in in oral, and written English, confident public speaker
- Strong computer skills and proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to create and maintain detailed records
- Up to date on industry trends and able to stay ahead of the curve
- Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
- Meets professional obligations through efficient work habits such as meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating
- Can maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues, Line Managers, and administrators
