Admission Officer-Banasree Campus



Job Responsibilities

  • Education Administration/ Management, Education Counseling, Education Marketing, etc
  • Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies
  • Do the registrations for the students applying for different programs
  • Conduct admission tests and interviews of prospective students
  • Update student database
  • Make outbound calls and emails to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain consistent follow-up communication with all applicants to advise regarding admission via telephone, email, or in person as required
  • Match international institutions’ academic program options with the prospective student
  • Guide the students towards deciding the right direction to follow their ambitions of getting into top-ranked universities both at home and abroad
  • Arrange seminars, workshops, and education fairs in collaboration with foreign universities
  • Guide the students for their university selection and prepare them to apply to the university
  • Prepare reports and maintain records for all jobs done
  • Must ensure that all required paperwork is timely and properly done
  • Coordinate with other campuses
  • Maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues, line managers, and administrators
  • Work as a team player
  • Take ownership, manage and organize jobs, and multitask
  • Other admin-related tasks assigned by the school management
  • Any other duties commensurate with the duties/responsibilities/grade of the post

Educational Requirements

  • BBA (Business/Marketing) or Bachelor/Masters degree from any reputed University(s)
  • O’ level and A’ level are highly preferred, or having an IELTS score: of 7+

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Admission Marketing, Education Counseling

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 40 years
  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • Fluent in in oral, and written English, confident public speaker
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to create and maintain detailed records
  • Up to date on industry trends and able to stay ahead of the curve
  • Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
  • Meets professional obligations through efficient work habits such as meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating
  • Can maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues, Line Managers, and administrators
