Oxford International School is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring effective HR operations and supporting the growth and development of our staff.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up-to-date.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures and provide guidance to staff.
- Support performance management activities, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback.
- Assist in handling employee relations issues and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage leave and attendance records, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Assist in HR reporting and analytics for management review.
- Coordinate with senior management regarding any HR related tasks.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Preferred any form of a certificate, diploma or degree, certifying the successful completion of an education program or a stage of a program related to Human Resource Management
