Job Context

Oxford International School is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring effective HR operations and supporting the growth and development of our staff.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up-to-date.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures and provide guidance to staff.
  • Support performance management activities, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback.
  • Assist in handling employee relations issues and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage leave and attendance records, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Assist in HR reporting and analytics for management review.
  • Coordinate with senior management regarding any HR related tasks.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Preferred any form of a certificate, diploma or degree, certifying the successful completion of an education program or a stage of a program related to Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Administration, Communication, Computer skill, Fluent In English, Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    College, School, University

Additional Requirements

  • Age 26 to 50 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
