Job Responsibilities

  • to ensure the overall academic and administrative functions as well as assistance to the principal
  • to coordinate, guide, and train the teachers and admin staff as per requirement
  • guide and train the new teachers and employees to get accustomed to the system of the school
  • responsible for disciplining the students and administration
  • Prepare questions, Routines/Exam Routines, Syllabus, Session Plan, Lesson Plans, and Teaching materials according to the CAIE (Cambridge Assessment International Education) standard
  • develop training modules, handbook, and School policies as required
  • ensure teachers take classes properly and timely according to the CAIE syllabus
  • make strategic plans for admissions
  • solve academic and administrative problems of teachers, students, guardians, and External Offices (Government Office, Private Office and other institutions) when required
  • organize annual programs (Science Fairs, Cultural Programs, Debates, Events, etc.)
  • take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the school
  • conduct Monitor and Evaluation of Teachers, perform Class Observations according to the OIS standard
  • responsible for the overall safety and security of the students and staff
  • taking initiatives and performing other assigned administrative, comparable, or transient duties, which are within the area of knowledge and skills required by this job role
  • all work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result

Employment Status


Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Master or Post Graduation in Education, Business, Communications, Public relations, or a relevant field

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Experience in English Medium School, Professional Education Management, Sound Computer skills and good communication skills, TOT (Training of Teachers)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 40 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
  • excellent IT skills
  • outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla
  • capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
  • models professional and ethical standards when dealing with visitors, students, parents, colleagues, and community
  • meets professional obligations through efficient work habits such as: meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating
  • can maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues, Line Managers, and administrators
